Key Responsibilities Diagnose septic system issues including backups, drainage problems, pump failures, alarms, and field saturation Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components (control panels, floats, pumps, timers, wiring) Repair or replace pumps, floats, baffles, distribution boxes, risers, and related components Perform system inspections and identify root causes of failure Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to evaluate system performance Clearly explain findings and repair recommendations to customers Document service calls, parts used, and system conditions accurately Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and equipment Installation and/or repair of water pumps, holding tanks and water tanks Follow all safety procedures and local regulations Key Qualifications English required-Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. 2+ years of experience in septic service, plumbing, electrical, mechanical repair, or related field preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of septic systems, pumps, and basic electrical systems preferred Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to pull and haul trailers of all sizes Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor Forever Clean is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
