We are passionate about excellence in golf and fostering personal growth both on and off the course. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Instructor based in Dublin, OH. The Lead Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering golf instruction programs to clients of all skill levels. The role will include assessing individual needs, developing personalized improvement plans, actively coaching, and monitoring progress. Collaboration with other instructors to enhance training methodologies and maintain a high standard of service will also be a key responsibility. Qualifications Expertise in Golf Instruction, including swing mechanics, course strategy, and performance improvement techniquesExperience in Training Program Design and Client AssessmentStrong Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate clientsProven Leadership and Mentoring experience to collaborate with team membersCertifications such as PGA or LPGA are preferredAbility to adapt training approaches to suit diverse skill levels and learning stylesExperience with technology and tools related to golf instruction is a plus
