Through its global distribution network, the Companys products are sold in over 120 countries.The Manager of Inventory Management is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records through systematic reconciliation processes. This role focuses on identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain synchronized data, support operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in inventory control practices.This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.Ensure inventory accuracy by reconciling inventory transactions at the location level, maintaining accurate reporting of on-hand inventoryCollaborate with domestic and international warehouse and filler management teams to address and resolve inventory-related issuesCommunicate with the Material and Supply Planning Departments regarding new items, location changes, inventory counts, and other relevant updatesConduct monthly inventory reconciliations at assigned locationsManage and review inventory obsolescence to minimize or optimize stock levelsPerform daily inventory analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies and address operational challengesExecute inventory adjustments as requiredMonitor and drive the achievement of inventory management milestones and goalsBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field~3+ years of experience within inventory management and supply chain~ Prior working experience within the Beauty or CPG industry requiredIn-depth knowledge of inventory policies, procedures, and best practicesMicrosoft Dynamics/Business Central preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExpertise in data analytics, with a focus on inventory data analysis and reportingA growing company with a proven track record of solid financial stability~ Bonus opportunity based on personal and business performance~ Paid time off policies including vacation, holiday, and sick days~Robust healthcare, insurance, and benefit options~ Options to support development, including complimentary access to LinkedIn LearningInterparfums USA, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to equal opportunity employment without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, disability or any other basis of discrimination prohibited by applicable local, state or federal law.RequiredPreferredJob IndustriesOther
