Corporate Jet Coordinator

Corporate Jet Coordinator Join Ashley Furniture as a Corporate Jet Coordinator and take charge of our executive aviation operations. You'll be responsible for scheduling, arranging, and coordinating all corporate jet travel for associates and executives, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-planned trips across all Ashley locations.This specialized role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to make split-second decisions under pressure, and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality while working with all levels of management.What You'll Do Coordinate corporate jet travel for regular rotation trips and special destinationsSchedule quarterly trip dates and manage public/private access calendarsComplete jet request forms and submit for CEO approvalArrange accommodations including hotels and ground transportationVerify travel policy compliance and obtain signed acceptance formsCreate detailed itineraries and distribute to passengers, pilots, and key stakeholdersMonitor flights in real-time and communicate schedule updatesSupport international travel including embassy registrations and checklistsReview and process jet expenses for accuracy and paymentTroubleshoot issues and alert appropriate parties for resolutionWhat You NeedAssociate degree in business, travel, or related field (or equivalent experience)Travel industry experience preferred (airports, hotels, transportation)Thorough knowledge of travel industry rules and regulationsExpert understanding of corporate travel policiesProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressureProfessional discretion and confidentiality maintenanceTime management excellence with multi-project capabilitiesGood vision for detailed work and documentationExtended sitting ability for long periodsRepetitive tasks including keyboards and office equipment operationWork Environment Extended hours and after-hours availability for aircraft changesFast-paced environment requiring quick decision-makingHigh-visibility role supporting executive leadershipBenefits:Competitive salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesLife and disability insuranceFlexible spending accountsWe offer competitive pay and excellent benefits.
