Microsoft 365 Cloud Program Management Office (PMO)

Job description: The Contractor shall provide the following roles, each possessing expertise and in-depth knowledge of the entire M365 Cloud Suite platform. Contractor shall oversee and mange tasks related to the maintenance and administration of the IRS Enterprise.o Technical contractor will support the M365 Program Management Office by executing, but not limited to, the following tasks.• Assist with troubleshooting M365 IRWorks incident and tasks tickets (Priority 1 - Priority 4)• Assist with monitoring performance and usage of Dataverse environments, including optimizing data models, monitoring resource utilization, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.• Assist with establishing and configuring Power Platform environments, including setup, configuration, maintenance within a tenant.• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate issues.• Assist with monitoring M365 services and end user data retention requirements.• Extensive working knowledge of SharePoint Online Administration.• Support, configure, and maintain tenant and backup solutions for OneDrive• Assist with developing scripts as needed to support OneDrive features.• Assist with creating and maintaining reference materials - FAQs, knowledge articles, iTrain.• Assist with coordinating and conducting multiple Proofs of Concept and Pilot Testing.• Ensure all processes, plans, schedules, and other written documents are completed timely.• Provide bi-weekly status reports that encompasses schedule, M365 deliverables for each tool, action items, risks, mitigations, escalations, accomplishments, and closures.
