Business Operations Manager

We're hiring a founding Business Operations generalist for a seed-stage AI agent platform in San Francisco. Freshly funded, small team (7 people), building real product with real customers already live.What you'll do:Own high-priority projects end-to-end across recruiting, growth, and customer activation. Build AI agents for internal and customer use. Define and track the metrics the company runs on. No playbook, no direct reports — just whatever the business needs most that week.Who we're looking for:0-5 years experience from top-tier management consulting (MBB), investment banking, or venture capital/private equity. Founders welcome too. We want someone with a clear signal of excellence — a standout promotion, a selective employer, a top school — who's ready to trade prestige for ownership.You should be comfortable doing both strategic and hands-on grunt work, and genuinely curious about using AI tools day to day.Details:$170K-$300K base + meaningful equityOn-site 5 days/week, Financial District, San FranciscoRelocation support (~$15K) availableVisa sponsorship/transfer available (OPT, H1B)
