Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of West Virginia Current CPR certification Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health Schedule flexibility is needed to ensure care is provided to patients as needed Participation in a weekend rotation may be required Location Highlights Summersville, West Virginia, offers a blend of outdoor adventure and small-town charm.
