RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Industrial Safety Consultant [DOE0101100] Conduct hazard assessments, IH surveys, compliance with 10 CFR 851. This role provides services and support for Program Office #05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ) under Job Task #05.12 - Industrial Safety Consultant with Support Functions for Electrical, Facility Representative, Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Safety, Training, Environmental/Regulatory, Safety and Security Enforcement, Nuclear Safety, Criticality Safety, Engineering (Radiological Protection, Structural, Quality Assurance, Fire Protection), Technical & Regulatory Support Services provided across the Hanford Field Office (HFO). Industrial Safety Consultant: Evaluates and verifies safety and health program implementation, supporting compliance and preparing evaluation reports. The role is crucial for ensuring workplace safety and regulatory compliance at Hanford by evaluating and verifying the implementation of safety and health programs and preparing comprehensive evaluation reports. With a DPLH of 1920, the anticipated total FTEs are approximately 1 FTEs for this ProSidian Engagement Team Role. Support services may vary by up to +/-15% of the indicated staffing levels. Travel: Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO in advance is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. Security Requirements: ProSidian Team Members shall have a Facility Clearance, and their subcontractors and team members proposed to perform classified work shall have a Facility Clearance. When required, ProSidian personnel shall possess a DOE Clearance level as indicated in the Task description for the work performed. Place of Performance: Work shall be conducted at the Hanford Field Office and the Hanford Site in Richland, Washington. Government-Furnished Resources: The Government will provide the ProSidian Team with office space, computer workstations, and required software at the Hanford Field Office (HFO) location to support the performance of all tasks. Scope performance shall be conducted predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office (HFO) facilities (with some remote support as approved by the Contracting Officer [CO]).
