You'll facilitate practical life skills sessions covering public speaking, concentration, and time management, then lead engagement-focused discussions designed to inspire authentic commitment rather than simple obedience.This environment differs fundamentally from a traditional classroom. You'll support a small group of K-12 learners who know your name and rely on your guidance. Using Coachbot analytics, you'll monitor their development, identify obstacles, and teach them problem-solving strategies. Math, literacy, and science learning occurs through adaptive applications. You won't be explaining algebraic concepts at a whiteboard.Creating curriculum materials from the ground up. Alpha supplies life skills frameworks and implementation guides. Your responsibility is execution and delivery, not initial design.Evaluating homework, conducting parent-teacher meetings, or overseeing standardized testing. No report card preparation or state exam coaching is involved.Supervising students passively while they use computers. When learners encounter difficulties, you actively coach them toward solutions. Passive observation contradicts this position's purpose.Compromising standards when students resist.
