Senior Java Developer

Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Java Developer who can independently own end-to-end delivery responsibilities and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders. This is not a purely execution role - the candidate should be confident driving technical decisions, leading discussions, and being the go-to person for the project team. Must-have Skills:Java strong hands-on development experience; ability to design, build, and review Java-based applicationsSpring Boot - microservices development, REST API design, and integration patternWhat we're looking for in the candidate10+ years of software development experience with Java and Spring boot as primary Proven ability to own modules or workstreams independently with minimal supervision Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders - business, technical, and client-facing Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments Strong communication skills - able to lead standups, contribute to design discussions, and give clear status updatesWhat this role is NOT- Not a junior execution role - candidates who only follow instructions without driving outcomes will not be a fit
