1st shift Concierge/ Front Desk persons needed Front Desk personnel are an upfront and hands-on representative of Mansions Senior Living Communities. Theyaregenerallythefirstpointofcontactforcustomers&prospectiveresidents andhaveextensivedaily interaction with customers and the public on thecompany’sbehalf.Thisposition requires personnel to be professional, courteous, outgoing, compassionate, and maintain safety procedures at all times. Must have excellent customer service & communication skills. Supportoverallmarketingtechniquesandoffersuggestionsthatcanhelpinthepromotion, advertising, and marketing of communities Schedule&givetourswithprospectsfortheintentofleasingatthecommunity.Maintainfollow-up. Greetvisitorsanddetermineifourcommunitymeetsthe needsoftheprospectiveclient Abilitytoconvert phonecallswithinquiringprospectsintoon-sitetours&effectivelyclosethesale, maintaining an acceptable closing ratio Keeptrackofallleasingpaperworkincludingtheapplication,leasingagreements,employmentand criminal background reports and lease move-in packets Makesureleasingbrochures&welcomepacketsarestocked andreadyforthenextshift Scheduletransportationforresidentsoncorrespondingdays Assist withresidentactivitiesasneeded Pickupresidenttrashnightly,postnotices/flyers,assistwithdininglinens Lightcleaningofoffice,breakroom,lobby,andothercommonareasasneeded Maintainaclean&orderlyworkspace Orderssuppliesasneeded,verifiesitemsneededonthe1st&15thofeachmonth. Othermiscellaneousdutiesasassigned SCHEDULE Full-time COMPENSATION and BENEFITS Hourly,non-exemptfromovertime Eligible for Vacation/Sick Leave after 90 days Employermatchedretirement Health Insurance options if full-time employment is maintained, (40hrs per week) We participate in ZayZoon!
