Medical Assistant - Credentialed for ENT (NW Portland)

We are seeking a full-time, Credentialed Medical Assistant to join our ENT NW division located next to Legacy Good Samaritan in NW Portland. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care. Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for an experienced candidate with a friendly demeanor, great positive attitude, and customer-focused work ethic. Candidates must be detail-oriented, strong at multitasking and dedicated to high quality patient care. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and solid prior experience in both medical assisting and medical front office. Responsibilities include phone triage, rooming patients, obtaining vitals, injections, assisting physicians, covering the front desk (patient check in) and other duties as assigned. Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm staggered shifts. Starting pay range, based on experience: Credentialed Medical Assistants Level I - $21.66- $29.30 per hour. Level II - $23.82 - $32.23 per hour. Level III - $26.21 - $35.46 per hour. No Weekends, 8 paid Holidays! Free parking for clinic employees. Qualifications: 1-year prior experience as a Medical Assistant preferred Prior scheduling experience is preferred. Fluency in a second language a plus Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
