Unit OverviewUnit Type: LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)Beds: 8 LDRP bedsC-Section OR: 1 suiteDeliveries: ~35/monthPatient Population: Low-risk pregnancies (>36 weeks)Ratios: AWHONN standard?? Key ResponsibilitiesProvide full LDRP careLabor & deliveryPostpartum careNewborn stabilizationMonitor maternal & fetal status using OBIX EFM systemAdminister and titrate:OxytocinMagnesium sulfate (occasional)Assist with C-sections in unit ORPerform newborn care & resuscitation (NRP/STABLE)Interpret fetal monitoring strips independentlyFloat as helping hands to other units if needed??
