This role will support the development and delivery of marketing analytics reporting, dashboards, and insights, working closely with senior analytics leaders, cross-functional teams, and clients. The Manager, Analytics will be hands-on with data analysis and reporting, while helping translate findings into clear, actionable insights that address client business and marketing needs.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building analytics deliverables, and partnering with others to turn analysis into meaningful recommendations.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities Support the development and ongoing maintenance of analytics dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses Analyze data across multiple sources to uncover insights related to campaign performance and business outcomes Collaborate with internal teams (Analytics, Account, Engagement Strategy, UX) and external partners as needed to support analytics initiatives Assist in gathering business and reporting requirements, including measurement planning and basic documentation Help translate data findings into clear insights and recommendations for internal teams and client presentations Support the integration and management of data from sources such as web, media, CRM, and other marketing data platforms Contribute to analytics presentations and reporting delivered to clients Maintain documentation related to analytics deliverables and data sources Assist with web analytics implementation support and QA using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag ManagerQualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field (e.g., Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar) 3–5 years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, or a related role Experience working with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms Working knowledge of SQL and strong Excel skills Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics Exposure to statistical or analytics tools such as Python or R is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Clear communication skills and comfort explaining data insights to non-technical audiences Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing prioritiesAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
