The brand focuses on creating timeless, considered pieces with a strong emphasis on quality, detail, and long-term wearability.As part of its international expansion, Mode Mischief is launching a Los Angeles retail pop-up, with the intention of scaling its physical presence in the U.S. market.Role DescriptionWe are seeking motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our Los Angeles Pop-Up team.This role is suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and take pride in delivering a high level of customer service. You will play a key role in executing the day-to-day operations of the store, supporting sales performance, and ensuring the store consistently reflects the Mode Mischief brand.You will work closely with the Store Manager and wider team to deliver a seamless and elevated in-store experienceKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver a premium customer experience by providing thoughtful, attentive, and personalised serviceSupport the achievement of daily and weekly sales targets through strong product knowledge and confident sellingMaintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelinesAssist with replenishment, folding, steaming, and general floor maintenance to ensure the store is always well presentedSupport opening and closing procedures as requiredAssist with stock organisation, inventory handling, and back-of-house upkeepProcess transactions accurately and efficiently through the point-of-sale systemWork collaboratively with the wider retail team to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsRepresent the Mode Mischief brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity at all timesQualifications and ExperiencePrevious experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnStrong personal presentation and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesA team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to tasksGenuine passion for fashion and alignment with the Mode Mischief brandWhy Join Mode MischiefThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing brand during a key stage of its international expansion.
