Legal ServicesSpecial Food ServicesRadio and Television Broadcasting StationsCommunications Equipment ManufacturingLoggingA nationally recognized Am Law 200 and Vault-ranked law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its New York office supporting sophisticated and high-stakes civil litigation matters.This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal looking to join a highly respected national platform offering meaningful case involvement, strong attorney exposure, long-term stability, and a flexible hybrid schedule averaging approximately 2 in-office days per week.The firm is widely recognized for its litigation strength across commercial litigation, healthcare, financial services, real estate, corporate, and regulatory matters, and offers a collaborative environment with strong mentorship and career growth potential.Responsibilities:• Support attorneys throughout all phases of complex civil litigation• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses• Assist with document collection, review, organization, and production• Coordinate state and federal court filings and e-filings• Maintain litigation calendars and monitor court deadlines• Assist with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation• Conduct legal research, cite checking, proofreading, and factual analysis• Organize exhibits, evidence, deposition materials, and case files• Communicate directly with attorneys, clients, witnesses, and outside vendors as neededQualifications:• Minimum 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm• Experience supporting complex and document-intensive litigation matters• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, and court filings• Experience with state and federal e-filing systems• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Experience with eDiscovery platforms strongly preferredWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:• Am Law 200 and Vault-ranked law firm platform• Exposure to sophisticated and high-impact litigation matters• Strong attorney interaction and hands-on case involvement• Collaborative, team-oriented culture• Excellent long-term growth potential and stability• Flexible hybrid structure averaging approximately 2 in-office days per week• Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsHybrid Schedule:• Hybrid schedule averaging approximately 2 in-office days per week• Firm policy requires a minimum of 8 in-office days per month• Wednesdays are designated in-office days• Additional in-office flexibility may be expected based on business needs and team collaborationCompensation:• $90,000 – $115,000 base salary, depending on experience• Year-end discretionary bonus• Comprehensive benefits package
