Director of Hospice Clinical Services, RN

Overview: Lead Clinical Excellence. Deliver Compassionate Care. Transform Hospice Services. We are seeking a RN Director of Clinical Services to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for ensuring the appropriate delivery of hospice services, compliance with Medicare Hospice Benefit Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and Gentiva’s patient-first operating model.
