The Foreclosure Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing documents for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures related to foreclosure cases. The role also involves frequent communication with attorneys, clients, and court personnel to facilitate case progress.QualificationsKnowledge of law and experience in legal document preparation, especially related to foreclosure casesExcellent communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, and court personnelAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyFamiliarity with the foreclosure process in North CarolinaProficiency in relevant software and legal case management systems is a plus
