Software Development Manager -Python - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Software Development Manager -Python - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $185,000 – $225,000 annuallyResponsibilities Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems Optimize software solutions using Python and best coding practices Ensure applications meet security and scalability standards Utilize AI tools to enhance development efficiency Maintain and optimize applications in an AWS environment Lead and manage a team through the software development lifecycle Collaborate with stakeholders on product requirementsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience 12+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in a VP role Expertise in Object Oriented Analysis, Design, Programming Proficient in Python and familiarity with multiple programming languages and frameworks Experience managing software development teams and projects Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of Agile methodologies and UX design principlesBenefits Participation in a variety of benefit plans including medical, dental, and vision 401K participation with applicable terms PTO and paid holidays as described in program policies Discretionary bonus opportunities based on program guidelines and eligibilityOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
