Administrative Assistant

Required Qualifications · Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting a CEO, President, or senior executive · Excellent organizational and time management skills · Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) · Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment · Self-starter with the ability to work independently · Professional demeanor with high sensitivity to confidential matters · Team-oriented mindset Preferred: · California Department of Real Estate Salesperson License --- Skills & Abilities · Analyze situations and determine effective solutions · Maintain complex, interrelated records and filing systems · Compose, edit, and format professional correspondence · Operate standard office equipment and software systems · Work independently with minimal supervision · Perform effectively under pressure · Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
