Server/Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by creating memorable experiences for our guests through expert beverage and food service. You will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, serving food with enthusiasm, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper processing of payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Develop beverage recipes and suggest pairings to enhance the guest experience while promoting specialty drinks and seasonal offerings Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a memorable dining experience Assist in food handling, serving banquet or catering events when needed, demonstrating flexibility within the food service environment Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer options Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty Experience in fine dining settings or high-volume restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with food safety practices, proper food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating professionalism in all interactions Join us to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
