Schedule
Clinic hours: Monday – Friday
Work hours:
4 days → 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
1 day → 11:30 AM – 7:15 PM
What You’ll Do
As a BCBA, you’ll take a leadership role in delivering and supervising ABA services:
Develop and oversee treatment plans, assessments, and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs through performance feedback and training
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill acquisition programming
Collect and analyze data to drive clinical decision-making
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members for consistent client success
Ensure ethical, evidence-based ABA practices aligned with BACB standards
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
At least 6 months of ABA experience (preferred supervisory experience)
Knowledge of ABA principles, reinforcement strategies, and data collection methods
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable transportation
Preferred:
Familiarity with ABA data platforms (e.g., Motivity, Aloha)
Knowledge of Michigan Medicaid and insurance documentation requirements
Bilingual or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) but not necessary
