You will work closely with carriers, clients, and internal teams to provide top-notch service and problem-solving expertise.BenefitsCompetitive salary up to $65,000 per yearHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) plan with company matchKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate air and ocean import shipments from origin to final delivery.Prepare and review import documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.Ensure compliance with U.S. customs regulations and international trade requirements.Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to clients and internal teams.Resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, and other operational issues.Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and freight agents to ensure smooth import processes.Maintain accurate records and databases related to shipment status and import activity.Support the sales and operations teams with import-related inquiries and reporting.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or import coordination (air and ocean preferred).Strong understanding of import regulations, documentation, and international shipping procedures.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with freight forwarding software is a plus.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
