The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Manage check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information - Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Coordinate between Facility Director and weekend staff - Available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Requirements: - Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role - Proficiency in using phone systems and POS - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Excellent communication and organizational abilities Join our team as a Front Desk Member and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk services.
