Job Summary: Under the guidance of the onsite Client management team, the Program Support Analyst serves as a project and management analyst. The Program Support Analyst will work under the guidance of the Client Deputy Assistant Secretary and Managing Directors. The Program Support Analyst shall perform a variety of program support functions for the Client Executive Office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare written communications using a variety of office software, specifically: Microsoft Word, Power Point, Publisher, Excel, and SharePoint
Manage elite projects and special taskers with accuracy
Provide formal management briefings, recommendations and findings, and detailed project reporting
Coordinate a large volume of information coming into the Client Executive Office, ensure formats and deadlines are being met (i.e. schedules, memoranda, briefing papers, taskers, etc.)
Maintain the Client Deputy Assistant Secretary and/or Managing Directors? calendars, appointments, and other activities
Track and monitor the status of memoranda, correspondence, and taskers. Review incoming documents and take appropriate action to disseminate information
Inform personnel of overdue items, upcoming deadlines, and format and Department procedures for processing documentation
