The candidate will assist in preparing legal documents for immigration proceedings, managing cases related to visas and adjusting immigration statuses, and conducting research on immigration law. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys with case preparation, maintaining and organizing case files, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines. The role also involves regular client communication and supporting the legal team through administrative and case-specific tasks.QualificationsExpertise in Immigration Law and understanding of related legal processesProficiency in managing cases involving Visas and Immigration IssuesExperience in Legal Document Preparation and handling immigration-specific documentationStrong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in an immigration or legal setting is preferredMust speak English and Spanish
