Wage And Hour Associate Attorney – Class/Paga Actions (3-7+ Years)Seeking associates/senior counsel with wage and hour litigation experience, including:Defending class and PAGA claims and actions in state and federal courtConducting document and data reviews related to wage and hour claimsPreparing case evaluations for clients related to wage and hour class/PAGA actionsPreparing and responding to discovery requests in class/PAGA mattersConducting and defending depositionsLaw and motion work: moving to compel arbitration, preparing and responding to dispositive motions, preparing and responding to discovery-related motionsPreparing for and attending mediations in class/PAGA actions, preparing mediation briefsAttending court hearings, status conferences, arguing dispositive motionsArbitration and/or trial experienceExcellent research and writing skillsCandidates must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.
