Role Description This is a seasonal on-site role for Basketball Coaches and Soccer Coaches at MB Sports Academy, located in Orlando, FL. Coaches will be responsible for planning and delivering training sessions, mentoring athletes to improve their skills, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. Additional responsibilities include developing game strategies, assessing player progress, and providing constructive feedback to promote team and individual growth. Qualifications Expertise in Soccer Coaching, Basketball Coaching, and Football fundamentalsStrong Communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and team membersTraining or experience in Education and Coaching to facilitate skill developmentAbility to inspire and motivate teams while maintaining professionalismPrior experience coaching youth or professional athletes is preferredRelevant certifications in coaching or sports training are an advantage
