Appointment Scheduler

Tulsa Bone & Joint Associates is searching for someone who enjoys providing customer service via the telephone. Our scheduling department takes all incoming calls from 8am until 4:30pm Monday- Friday. We average 125 calls per scheduler (we currently have 5 on the phones daily) per day, appointment calls along with calls needing to be transferred and some that need to be tasked to the clinical staff. We prefer medical experience and/or high call volume experience. Customer service is a must, you must speak clear and with good grammar and display a pleasant phone voice that shows your personality over the phone. This department does have time limits and call goals they work hard to achieve. This is a great position if you need a set schedule but is also very strict on hours as phones are answered 8am-4:30pm daily.
