HVAC Technician (GMP Environment) (Philadelphia)

We are looking for a hands-on HVAC Technician to support facility operations in a regulated (GMP/GDP) environment. This is a support-focused role, ideal for someone experienced in maintenance, system monitoring, and troubleshooting—not design or engineering.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily HVAC rounds and document activities per GMP/GDP standardsMonitor BMS/EMS systems and respond to alarmsExecute preventive & corrective maintenance on:Air Handlers (AHUs)ChillersExhaust & ventilation systemsUtilize CMMS for work orders and documentationSupport troubleshooting and collaborate with facilities/utilities teamsOversee vendors during maintenance or shutdown activitiesMust-Have Qualifications3–5 years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experienceExperience with chillers, AHUs, ventilation systemsFamiliarity with BMS/EMS/CMMS systemsExposure to GMP, pharma, biotech, or regulated environmentsTrade school certification or equivalent (military experience accepted)Important NotesThis is a maintenance/support role (not design or research)Must be comfortable with routine/repetitive tasksAbility to lift up to 44 lbs occasionally
