Company DescriptionDivine Refuge Center, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting individuals living with HIV by strengthening the mind, body, and soul through compassionate, community-centered services.Role DescriptionThis is a remote, contract-based role for a Co-Founder at Divine Refuge Center, Inc. The Co-Founder will work in close partnership with the Founder to help advance the organization’s mission, strategic vision, and long-term sustainability.The Co-Founder will support organizational growth by assisting with strategic planning, program development, fundraising, and community outreach. This role includes helping strengthen internal operations, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to a positive, values-driven organizational culture.In collaboration with the Founder, the Co-Founder will help ensure responsible financial oversight, support compliance with nonprofit regulations, and contribute to decision-making that aligns with the mission and goals of Divine Refuge Center, Inc.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and sound decision-making skillsExperience or interest in fundraising, budgeting, and financial stewardshipStrong communication and public relations skills to engage donors, partners, and community stakeholdersAbility to support program development, implementation, and organizational operationsExperience in nonprofit management or a related field is preferredGenuine commitment to the mission and values of Divine Refuge Center, Inc.Educational background in business, nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field is advantageous
