Lead CNA Evening Shift

*** Open Interviews Monday May 10th 9:00am to 3:30pm and Tuesday May 11th 9:00am to 12:00pm*** The Lead Nursing Assistant performs all resident care duties assigned to CNAs as well as selected administrative and leadership responsibilities, which may include orienting new CNAs, relieving security guard during his/her rounds, and assisting with pre-admission screenings and new resident assessments. Minimum Qualifications:  Current Illinois certification as a nursing assistant plus high school diploma or equivalent  Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing; basic math skills  Computer literacy, with ability to quickly learn and use Eden database and e-mail systems  Ability to work well under pressure and perform a variety of tasks on short notice  High-energy, positive teamwork attitude, with outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills  Ability to maintain standards of confidentiality  Must be absolutely trustworthy to work alone and to be self-motivated and organized Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: CNA (Preferred) CPR Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
