Nursing Assistant - Med Surg/Tele - Unit 3/South - Full time - Nights

If you are looking for exciting career opportunities with growth potential, come and join the team at Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital!**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**+ Assists patients with activities of daily living such as feeding, toileting and hygiene+ Provides basic nursing care to non-acutely and acutely ill patients+ Assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment+ Works under the directions and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team and/or unit+ Answers phones and call lights+ Ensures unit is stocked with supplies+ Assists patient transporter as needed+ Other duties as assigned**Shifts:Night Shift 1930- 0700 including some weekends shifts****Qualifications****Experience:**1 or more years of nursing assistant experience (strongly preferred)**Certifications:**Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred)Current BLS certification, required**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:**Ability to read and communicate effectively in EnglishBasic computer knowledgeCedars-Sinai is an EEO employer.
