PCB Design Engineer
Lead full PCB design cycle involving requirements, schematic design, component selection, supervision or completion of layout, bring‑up, functional verification, and performance tests
Design, develop, integrate, and debug avionics systems/subsystems
Develop system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses connecting systems within the air vehicle
Support design updates driven by product improvements, obsolescence, and evolving requirements
Conduct peer‑level and cross‑discipline design reviews
Work closely with cross‑functional engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to support new product development and active deployments in a fast‑paced environment
Mentor other engineers and promote sound engineering practices

Design, develop, integrate, and debug avionics systems/subsystems
Develop system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses connecting systems within the air vehicle

Required Skills/Qualifications Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience
Demonstrated capability in complex circuit board design, bring‑up, signal/power integrity analysis, and validation
Proven experience in designing electronics from concept to functional prototype, including hardware selection, documentation, system level integration and troubleshooting
In‑depth understanding of Analog/Mixed‑signal, Digital, or RF circuit components
Detailed working knowledge of common test equipment, and CAD tools such as Altium
Proven communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills/Qualifications Experience in designing electronics for robotic and/or aircraft systems
Hands‑on experience with microcontrollers, common serial interfaces, high speed communication, and firmware/software integration
UAV experience highly desirable
Experience working in small to medium sized teams in a fast‑paced R&D environment
Familiarity with MIL‑spec hardware and harnessing
Education Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
