Healthcare HR Recruiter
DescriptionWe are presenting an opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the healthcare and social assistance industry in Franklin, Tennessee. This role provides a contract to hire employment opportunity, with a focus on recruiting for healthcare positions in behavioral health hospitals. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates in EST/CST time zones.Responsibilities Spearhead the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding. Prioritize the recruitment of Behavioral Health Technicians along with all ofer medical staff for Behavioral Health Hospitals. Utilize talent acquisition skills to actively source passive candidates from our existing database and external platforms like Indeed.com and LinkedIn. Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCIMS, for efficient management of the recruitment process, though experience with iCIMS is not mandatory. Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of candidate records in the database. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Actively participate in the development of corporate recruiting strategies. Ensure compliance with all legal and professional standards in recruiting and hiring processes.Requirements Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a HR Recruiter role or similar position within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Pipeline, and Talent Sourcing. Proven experience in Corporate Recruiting, particularly within the healthcare or social assistance sectors. Familiarity with Behavioral Health practices and principles. Proficiency in using iCIMS software for recruitment processes. Extensive experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing potential candidates. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
