We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead new product introduction (NPI) programs from concept through production. This is a hands-on, proactive role for someone who drives programs forward rather than waiting for problems to surface.What you'll do:Own NPI programs across the full lifecycle, concept to productionPartner with engineering to translate requirements into actionable plansBuild deliverables, test plans, and design review schedulesWork confidently with unreleased drawings and evolving designsWhat we're looking for:5 to 10 years TPM experience with a strong NPI track recordBackground in aerospace, automotive, defense, rail, energy, or propulsion (regulated, complex hardware)Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, or OracleThe details:12+ month contract, potential contract-to-permOn-site Bay Area initially, hybrid possible after 30 to 60 daysInterested or know someone who fits?
