Electrical Maintenance Technician - $35-39/hr (61065)

Adecco is partnering with a top food manufacturing facility in Walworth County to Direct Hire Electrical Maintenance Technician. This role is perfect for someone with strong electrical and automation troubleshooting skills who enjoys working in a modern, highly automated plant.What You'll DoMaintain and repair electrical and process control systems.Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems, instrumentation, VFDs, and automation equipment.Install, calibrate, and service instruments, valves, actuators, and pneumatic devices.Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and loop drawings.Perform preventive maintenance and document work in the CMMS.Use root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability.Work with operations, contractors, and plant teams; participate in on?call rotation.Follow all safety and GMP guidelines.What We're Looking ForTechnical college degree preferred or 3+ years of electrical/instrumentation maintenance experience.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings.Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.Detail?oriented, safety?focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Why You'll Love ItDirect Hire position — full benefits from day one.Work in a clean, automated, modern facility.Opportunities for growth, training, and skill development.Pay Details: $35.00 to $39.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
