We are committed to providing exceptional real estate settlement services to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Post-Closer to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment, focusing on real estate transactions and providing additional support to our team as needed. DutiesReview and finalize closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Record deeds, deeds of trust, and other real estate documents with the appropriate clerk's offices. Disburse funds and ensure proper allocation according to closing statements. Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and clients to resolve any post-closing issues. Maintain and organize closing files for future reference and audits. Assist with other administrative tasks and legal support as necessary within the law firm. Attend and assist in closings as needed. Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. ExperiencePrevious experience in real estate post-closing or closing is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in using SoftPro and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service to clients.
