Team Members will passionately serve our Guests, by providing excellent Guest service and fast, BOLD food!HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERYDAYBuilding sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfactionEscalating any concerns or recommendations to the General ManagerIdentifying and responding to Guests' needsCompleting cross-training and certification in multiple positionsAdhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfactionHelping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean, and fun environment for our employees and Guests!JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with various tasks in the kitchen, such as food preparation and cooking.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.Bussing tables and ensuring tables are clean and ready for the next customer.Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions.Follow all safety and health regulations.Ability to lift up to 50 lbsExperience:- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and make change.- Familiarity with retail math for inventory management is a plus.- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Note: This job description is a general overview of the responsibilities and requirements for the position of Team Member.
