Duties Safely load and unload packages using appropriate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and cranes Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and manual handling techniques Operate heavy equipment including forklifts and crane systems in accordance with safety protocols and OSHA standards Manage inventory by organizing stock within the warehouse, conducting regular cycle counts, and ensuring proper storage practices Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring packages are handled with care during all stages of transportation Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures, including proper manual handling techniques and heavy lifting protocols Experience Previous warehouse distribution or logistics experience is highly preferred Familiarity with order picking, shipping & receiving operations, and inventory management systems Experience operating warehouse material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, or cranes is a strong advantage Knowledge of safety protocols including OSHA regulations related to heavy equipment operation and manual handling Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing accuracy Warehouse supervisor experience or background in warehouse operations is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to precision, safety, and efficiency!
