The clinic is staffed with 10 dentists, 2 RDHs, 20 dental assistants, and 2 sterile techs , ensuring robust clinical support (each dentist supported by two DAs). Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Compensation: Full-time, salary/exempt position with compensation up to $230,000 , based on experience: Additional Bonus Incentives: Quality- and performance-based incentives aligned with organizational goals. Sign-On Bonus, Retention Bonus: $15,000$20,000 sign-on bonus , paid as a lump sum with the first paycheck.
