Job DescriptionFull Stack Software Developer, PythonJob Description:SilTek is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using a range of technologies such as Python, C#, ASP.NET, Dynamics CRM 365 JavaScript, and SQL Server. You will also have the opportunity to integrate AI/ML capabilities into systems and work closely with clients and the development team to ensure the best technical design and approach.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software applications using Python, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Integrate AI/ML capabilities into systems to enhance functionality and performance. Collaborate with the client's director of IT, SilTek's CTO, and the development team to architect and develop optimal technical solutions. Contribute to all phases of the AI/ML development cycle, including data collection, cleaning, model building, validation, and deployment. Integrate systems with third-party services through APIs and web services. Manage code repositories and streamline code deployment processes using GitHub. Write well-documented, clean, and maintainable code according to company standards and best practices. Ensure software meets all quality, security, scalability, modifiability, extensibility, and testability requirements. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code. Provide technical support and training to stakeholders and junior team members. Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong understanding of Python, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Experience with Azure cloud services is preferred. Familiarity with SharePoint and MS CRM Dynamics is preferred but not required. Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related fields or 3 years or more of experience. Advanced degrees are a plus. Interest and/or experience in AI/ML, with a willingness to further develop skills in this field. Proven experience working with GitHub and managing code repositories. Experience in developing for both government contracts and commercial healthcare applications is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude. Must be a US citizen or green card holder who has resided in the country for at least 3 years. Proficiency in Microsoft Access and/or SQL is beneficial. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize work assignments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Additional Requirements:Offshore staffing arrangements are not available for this position.
