Senior/Lead React Native Developer Minneapolis, MN (Remote) 12+ Months Contract Up to $60/HR on W2 Must Primary Skills: Experience with AI Tools creating Agents React Native and React JS Javascript /HTML/CSS Front End Integration with CMS Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive front-end applications using ReactJS and React Native along with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript. Build high-quality user interfaces by converting UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mockups into functional applications. Design and implement AI-driven features, including basic familiarity with agent-based systems, AI integrations, or automation workflows. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and optimal performance. Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Optimize applications for scalability, accessibility, and page speed. Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices. Stay up to date with emerging front-end, mobile, and AI technologies. Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in ReactJS, React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, Animations). Exposure to AI concepts, agent-based systems, or integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, automation tools). Experience with TypeScript and REST API integrations. Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with version control tools (Git). Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA). Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
