Job Title: LPN - LTC Location: Bismarck, NDPosition Type: Travel / LocalDuration: 8 WeeksShift: Variable Night Shift - 12 Hours (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)Weekly Hours: 36-48 hours (Rotating schedule with every other weekend required)Position Overview:Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking LPN - LTC for an exciting Travel or Local job in Bismarck, ND.Position Review / Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to long term care and skilled nursing residentsAdminister medications and treatments as orderedMonitor and document resident conditions and responses to treatmentProvide trach and vent care as requiredPerform wound care and tube feed managementMaintain accurate charting and nursing documentationCollaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teamsFollow infection control and patient safety protocolsSupport resident comfort, dignity, and quality of careRespond appropriately to changes in patient conditionQualifications / Requirements:Active LPN License requiredPrevious LTC or Skilled Nursing experience preferredComfortable caring for residents with trachs, vents, tube feeds, and woundsAbility to work rotating night schedules and every other weekendStrong clinical and communication skillsReliable attendance and professional work ethicPreferred Qualifications:IV Certification preferred but not requiredPrevious LTAC experience preferredMatrix Charting experience preferredExperience with vent and trach patients preferredWound care and tube feed experience preferredCertifications / Licenses:Active LPN License (Required)IV Certification (Preferred)BLS Certification (Preferred)For more details contact athdavda@navitashealth.comor Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
