Informatica IICS Developer – Data Engineering & Data GovernanceHybrid – Austin, TX (Local Only)Contract | Start: 09/01/2026Work Location and ScheduleHybrid — 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), 2 days remote (Monday, Wednesday) Austin, TX 78751 Local candidates only — must already reside in the Austin area; out-of-state candidates will not be consideredPosition OverviewSeeking a senior-level Systems Analyst with deep Informatica expertise to support Data Engineering and Data Governance initiatives. The candidate will understand business objectives, analyze user requirements, identify solutions, and perform cost/benefit analysis. This role requires 8 or more years of experience, a wide degree of creativity and latitude, and the ability to independently perform complex tasks with minimal supervision. Local Austin-area candidates only — no out-of-state applicants.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Data Engineering and Data Governance work within enterprise systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing systems. Confer with organizational units to analyze current operational procedures and identify problems. Define input/output requirements including data formats, summaries, and report structures. Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify systems. Review system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to assess feasibility of requested changes. Understand business objectives and identify alternative solutions with cost/benefit analysis.Required Skills and Qualifications10 years required — Informatica tools including PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360, Supplier360, Entity36010 years required — Establishing Master Data and Reference Data for large organizations; Informatica MDM strongly preferred10 years required — Implementing data quality rules using Informatica DQ4 years preferred — Enterprise-scale datasets in Snowflake4 years preferred — Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field; Master's degree or 6+ years experience preferred2 years preferred — Healthcare or public health experience2 years preferred — State agency experience2 years preferred — Python scripting for automation and API interactionStandard hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding state holidays)Overtime may be required with pre-approval; all travel and living expenses are the candidate's responsibilityPriceSenz is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
