He/she will be reporting directly to the Head of the Bee Research, Innovation & Technical Department based in France.He/she will bring scientific and practical knowledge to our teams and customers.Job ResponsibilitiesCreation of technical material for the marketing products in coordination with Marketing and Sales teams.Creation of technical material for our Newsletters in coordination with the Marketing team.Creation of technical material for internal training of the teams (Marketing, Sales…)Customer Service & Support to answer any customers’ needs and forward any requests to Sales team and/or ManagementBuild a strong network of researchers, beekeepers and KOL to be recognized as the technical reference and point of contact for Veto-pharmaOrganization of trials (implementation with partners, follow-up) with our range of products in coordination with the Sales team.With the objective to build a strong presence on the different Beekeeping conferences / meetings / training courses (for partners) in coordination with the Sales team and Management (locally and abroad).Plan and monitor the technical budget for the area.Answer pharmacovigilance cases in coordination with Sales and Regulatory teams (data collection, interpretation, feedback to customers, follow-up to Regulatory team).Required Education And Experience5-7 years of experience as a Technical Manager ideally in the animal health industry (knowledge in the beekeeping industry is a plus)Bachelor of Science.
