Project Manager II (Avature Implementation)Location: Milpitas, CA (Remote – Must work PST hours)Duration: 7-month contract (through 10/30/2026)Pay: $60-64/HRAbout the Company Our client is a global technology leader specializing in advanced data storage and digital infrastructure solutions, enabling innovation across consumer devices, enterprise systems, and cloud environments.Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead the global implementation of Avature (Applicant Tracking System), including recruiting and onboarding functionality. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with Workday and successful delivery across a large, global organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of Avature ATS, from planning through go-live and hypercareDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and communication strategiesCoordinate cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Security, and external vendorsOversee system configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activitiesPartner with IT and vendors to manage Workday integrationsDrive parallel testing, UAT, and end-to-end validationProvide regular project updates to leadership and support key decision-makingEnsure a smooth transition into production and post-go-live support Required Qualifications3-5+ years of project management experienceHands-on experience implementing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Recruiting & Onboarding)Experience with Avature implementation (strongly preferred)Experience implementing or integrating with Workday (ATS/Onboarding, HCM)Proven ability to manage large-scale, global projects (10,000+ employees preferred) Please submit your resume in Word or PDF format to be considered.
