This role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring efficient delivery across teams. The ideal candidate brings strong program management expertise and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive execution across product, engineering, design, and business teamsIdentify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecksPartner with product and engineering teams to ensure predictable deliveryMaintain an integrated view of the product roadmap across initiativesEstablish and manage operating cadences (quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, status reporting)Improve cross-team collaboration, communication, and visibilityFacilitate alignment and accountability across multiple stakeholdersRequired QualificationsProven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in digital product or eCommerce environmentsStrong program management and operational execution skillsExperience working closely with engineering teams and understanding software delivery lifecyclesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to influence without direct authority in matrixed organizationsRequired Tools & SkillsProgram management tools: Jira, Jira Service Manager, Jira CloudExperience with ConfluenceFamiliarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, or similar)Preferred Qualifications(At least one of the following)Experience in media, entertainment, or production environmentsPrior experience with large enterprise organizationsBackground in eCommerceEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
