Die Cutter Operator
ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS

Review work order, die vinyl, and specifications, to determine components, settings, and adjustments for cutting machine.
Examine finished products to ensure finalized sample meets job order requirements.
Adjust machine controls to position and align as needed.
Select and install machine tooling components, such as cutting dies and templates.
Closely observe operation of machine to detect malfunctions.
Measure cut-scored materials for conformity using the die vinyl.
Clean and lubricate machine to maintain equipment in working order.
