Commissioning Project Manager (Cx PM)Onsite Up to $165,000 base salary + up to 20% bonus Large Data Center ProjectsLooking for multuple Managers across the US in these locations:Cedar Rapids, Iowa UtahAtlanta, Georgia Charlotte, North Carolina Summary:Responsible for managing QA/QC, commissioning, and startup of electrical and specialty systems for large construction projects. Oversees schedules, budgets, and safety plans to ensure successful project delivery.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience: in project/construction/commissioning management; 8+ years in system commissioning/startup (electrical/mechanical).Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; strong understanding of electrical construction preferredTravel: 75–100% (onsite if live local to project site)Schedule: Primarily weekdays (7 a.m.–5 p.m.) with flexibility for project needKey Responsibilities:Manage QA/QC and commissioning scopes, schedules, and budgetsLead commissioning/startup meetings and coordinate with clients, contractors, and 3rd-party agenciesDevelop and implement project-specific safety and quality plansTrack and resolve QA/QC and commissioning issuesSupport recruiting, mentoring, and performance development of team membersFoster a positive, safety-focused, and results-driven team culture
